MobileX Army Ambassador Campaign Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 25, 2025

1. Introduction
Welcome to the MobileX Army Ambassador Campaign (“Campaign”), operated by Mobile X Global, Inc. (“MobileX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in and participating in the Campaign, you (“Ambassador,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Campaign Details”).

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals and businesses located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. 

3. Campaign Overview
Ambassadors earn a 10% monthly commission on revenue from mobile service plans collected from customers they refer to MobileX, for as long as the customer remains active and in good standing. A one-time $5 port-in bonus may apply when a recruit switches from their current carrier, brings their phone number with them to the MobileX service, and signs up for an Unlimited plan or a Build Your Own plan with unlimited talk/text and a minimum purchase of 3GB of data. Both the share of revenue and the $5 port-in bonus require that your recruits activate service using a unique link or QR code we will provide to you. 

4. Account Registration
To join, you must create an account via our partner platform, Impact. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. 

5. Unique Links and QR Codes
Once approved, you will receive access to your unique referral link and QR code which will enable you to activate recruits on the MobileX service and start getting paid after your recruits pay for their service on MobileX.

6. Successful Activations
A referral is considered successful when a new customer uses your link or QR code to activate and pay for a qualified MobileX plan without requesting a refund. Fraudulent or duplicate activations are not eligible for commission and may result in account termination.

7. Commission and Payment
Commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of each month, provided that your account has a balance of at least $10, which is the minimum amount for any payment to you. Payment is issued via PayPal or direct deposit. Tax documents (e.g.,W-9) and valid banking information must be provided. Failure to do so may result in withheld payments or maintenance fees.  Our service partner, Impact, will provide appropriate documents (such as a Form 1099) to support your own tax filings. MobileX Is not responsible for processing the payments to you or for providing documentation of those payments.

8. Dashboard and Reporting
Ambassadors may track referral status, commissions, and payouts via the MobileX Army dashboard. It is your responsibility to monitor this information and report any discrepancies.

9. Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct
Ambassadors may not:

  • Misrepresent MobileX services or their relationship with the brand;
  • Use deceptive or misleading marketing practices;
  • Collect commissions or port-In bonuses based on their own MobileX service;
  • Share referral assets with themselves or individuals at the same address for self-referral; or
  • Use unauthorized marketing channels, such as spam or paid search using MobileX trademarks.

Violations may result in disqualification, forfeiture of earnings, or legal action.

These Campaign Details are a binding agreement and constitute Program Terms under the MobileX U.S. Marketing Partner Agreement. Please review them carefully and retain a copy for your records.
