Performing a factory reset on your phone if you’re using Android

A factory reset completely erases all content on your iPhone. Make sure to have a backup of your device before resetting otherwise you might lose all your awesome photos, contacts and that amazing music collection of yours! Please note on Android if you have an account signed in, you will be backing up every time you have your phone charging.

Samsung devices:

Open Settings.
Tap General Management.
Tap Reset.
Tap Factory data reset.
Follow prompts and accept warnings.

Google Pixel devices:

Open Settings.
Tap System.
Tap Reset options.
Tap Erase all data (factory reset).
Follow prompts and accept warnings.
