How do I unlock my T-Mobile phone?

You need an unlocked phone to use MobileX. To ensure your T-Mobile phone is unlocked you need to meet these three requirements:

Have a T-Mobile locked phone
You either own the line/service or the account owner has authorized you to use the phone
The phone is paid off

T-Mobile usually sends a text message informing you the device has been unlocked. You will either need to follow the steps on the page below or turn your phone off and on.
