MobileX will notify you over text messages for events described below. 

Note, that for text messages, standard carrier messages or data rates may apply.

MobileX will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. 

Situations for outbound communication

• On account creation, receipt of unique link and QR code for use in program

Inbound communication

This is an unmonitored phone number, automated responses will only be provided for Opt-in and Opt-out messaging prompts. 

Opt-in:

As part of your activation agreement you consented to text message notifications. 

Opt-out:

You may opt out of receiving text notifications by replying “STOP”. Please note that this will prevent you from receiving subscription renewal date reminders.

If you opt out, you can opt back in by replying “START”.
